There is a growing need by the photonics ecosystem to attract more and diverse talent to sustain the growth that the field is experiencing. Our aim is to encourage university students and early career researchers to pursue careers in photonics and to better prepare them for that.

EOSAM is collaborating with 360 CARLA, a photonics career hub, to equip students and researchers with the training, mentorship, and insights they need to excel in the photonics field and become better prepared for their careers.
